This integration will leverage the robust capabilities of Dynamics CRM's Case Management system, enhanced with AI, and CCX Omni Channel Contact Centre integration. Our goal is to deliver an even higher level of service for you. As part of this transition, all open support tickets will be seamlessly migrated to our new system. If you have any open tickets with us you will also receive a separate update from our new system, ensuring a smooth transition.
